The owners, management, staff and instructors wish all our members the best during these challenging times. We miss everyone and are eagerly awaiting our grand re-opening. Grand Re-Opening: The state of Massachusetts has revised and extended the closure of all non essential business until May 4th.
Our plan is to re-open all locations and offer all amenities (group classes, basketball, childcare, steam/sauna, cycling etc) on May 4th.
1.All members who are scheduled to be debited in April will NOT be billed. Membership billing will resume after the clubs have re-opened. Please be assured if you have a scheduled April billing date you will NOT be charged.
2.There is nothing you need to do, all billing changes will be taken care of by the clubs.
Term Memberships: Paid in Full (3 month, 6 month etc): The total time period our clubs are closed will simply be added onto the end of your membership. You will not lose a single day of membership time.
April Personal Training Payments: All scheduled April personal training payments will NOT be debited. Personal training payments will resume once our locations have re-opened.
Personal Training Sessions: Purchased personal training sessions will not expire. Your training will simply pick up right where it left off.
