Membership Information and Reopening

The owners, management, staff and instructors wish all our members the best during these challenging times. We miss everyone and are eagerly awaiting our grand re-opening. As this situation is fluid and evolving – please check back often for continual updates and information. Our goal is to keep our valued membership as informed as possible.

Unfortunately, the new guidelines revealed  by governor Baker puts the health club industry in the 3rd phase of re-opening in Massachusetts. As soon as the 3rd phase begins (most likely July 1) we will have updated information regarding our grand re-opening. Be assured that all NEHF locations will ABSOLUTELY re-open as soon as allowed by the state.

 Billing Information:

All billing and personal training payments have been suspended since April and will remain as such until we are allowed to open. As soon as we know when phase 3 begins we shall provide updated information. There is no action needed all payments have been suspended by the clubs.

Term Memberships: Paid in Full (3 month, 6 month etc): The total time period our clubs are closed will simply be added onto the end of your membership. You will not lose a single day of membership time.

One of the best things you can do during these stressful times is to keep yourself fit and healthy – both physically and mentally. NEHF realizes we are an integral part of our members lives and are eager to get our doors back open for everyone!!
